For this commission of some New Zealand native birds, I did two styles of painting, as well as a different combination of birds for each style.

This painting, ‘Style 1’ is more precise than ‘Style 2’, having hard edges and more detail. It also includes large bright and colourful painted dots to accentuate the playfulness of the birds and the fun positioning of this painting.
