My first attempt at painting a landscape/urbanscape subject.
This is the amazing view from the room in which I paint. The rainbow and the flock of geese, have been added into the painting because they will always remind me of the beautiful place I live in. The rainbow is included as Gulf Harbour has the most brilliant rainbows after a rain shower and the geese who I fondly nicknamed “the honking lads” are frequent visitors over our skies. How lucky am I to live here, and how can I not feel inspired to paint when this is my view?
