Oli - "The Thinker"
Oils on canvas
Oli's parents want this picture of their first-born painted as, once rotated, it looks like Oli was in the pose of the famous "The Thinker" sculpture by Rodin. They asked to have it painted in sepia to replicates the sculpture's bronze finish. and I think the final portrait captures this special moment of their newborn so well.

“Fran did an amazing job capturing this special early moment of our baby, Oli. Every time I look at the painting it reminds me of the early days with our baby! Thank you Fran for this beautiful piece of artwork, can’t wait to take this back to London with us!” — Paggy and Scott (Jan 2022)
